- Easy Installation Method:
- 1. First, make sure the motorcycle is parked and the power is disconnected.
- 2. Locate the radiator, usually at the front of the motorcycle. The radiator is usually made of aluminum alloy and has multiple heat exchangers.
- 3. Locate the silicone hose connections at each end of the radiator. One end connects to the engine cooling system and the other to the radiator.
- 4. Connect one end of the silicone hose to the engine cooling system connection. Make sure the connection is secure and not loose.
- 5. Connect the other end of the silicone hose to the radiator connector. Again, make sure the connection is secure.
- 6. Check for air leaks between the silicone hose and the connector. This can be determined by looking for air bubbles or fluid leaks.
- 7. After completing the installation of the silicone hoses, close the relevant valves and seal the radiator and engine cooling system.
- 8. Finally, reconnect the motorcycle's power supply and test it to ensure that the radiator is working properly.
- It is important to note that when carrying out the installation process, care should be taken not to damage the silicone hoses or the connection ports. If necessary, use suitable clamps or fixings to enhance the stability of the connection.
